Job description(only Male)

The Civil–Architectural Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between the architectural, civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings, approvals, and site requirements. The role ensures smooth communication, accuracy in design implementation, and efficient progress at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination & Communication

  • Follow up with architects, consultants, and in-house design teams for drawings, revisions, and technical details.
  • Ensure all design-related information is communicated clearly to the site team.
  • Coordinate between civil, architectural, MEP, and contractor teams to avoid conflicts in design implementation.

2. Drawing & Documentation Management

  • Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Maintain updated drawing logs, revision records, and approval status.
  • Circulate approved drawings to site engineers and contractors on time.

3. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all architectural details are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Check alignment between civil and architectural works to maintain design integrity.
  • Assist in quality audits for architectural finishes and civil works.

5. Follow-up & Reporting

  • Track pending drawings, approvals, and clarifications from architects.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on coordination status.
  • Update management on critical issues affecting project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in civil–architectural coordination.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to handle site-level design challenges efficiently.
