**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating and managing the civil construction projects, ensuring that all activities are executed according to schedule.
- Ensure adherence to TATA project standards and compliance regulations.
- Maintain and monitor project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, addressing issues, and implementing solutions.
- Help organize and facilitate project meetings and site inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Project Coordinator.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Must have worked on TATA projects and be well-versed in TATA project compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
