About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Relationship Manager – Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving sales of banking and financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients through B2B sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell banking products and services, ensuring clients' financial needs are met.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Cross-sell a wide range of financial and banking products to deepen client engagement.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client queries on time.
- Maintain accurate documentation, sales records, and client interaction reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B or Banking/Financial Products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and cross-selling products.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
