Position: Relationship Manager - Sales
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our sales team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our offerings within their businesses
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that fulfill client needs and expectations
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss their performance, needs, and opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to develop strategies for increased client engagement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
