About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and target-driven professionals to join our sales team in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector. The role focuses on billboards, hoardings, and outdoor formats, with a strong emphasis on direct client handling, revenue generation, and business growth.
This is an individual contributor role, suited for professionals who are motivated, self-driven, and confident in managing client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive OOH media sales across city-based markets (billboards, hoardings, outdoor formats).
- Identify, acquire, and manage direct clients, agencies, and media owners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets within defined timelines.
- Negotiate and close deals independently.
- Provide market insights and contribute to inventory strategy.
- Manage multiple regions when required and ensure campaign execution in coordination with internal teams.

- Proven experience in OOH media sales with focus on direct clients.
- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of local market dynamics.
- Established relationships with agencies and media owners.
