Job Title: Billing Manager Real Estate Developer

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to handle end-to-end billing operations for real estate / construction projects. The role involves managing contractor, client, and consultant billing, ensuring accuracy in measurement, rate analysis, and adherence to contractual and statutory compliances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
  • Validate BOQ quantities, rate analysis, and scope variations as per contract terms.
  • Coordinate with project, QS, procurement, and accounts teams for timely billing and payments.
  • Handle client billing, milestone invoicing, and consultant certification processes.
  • Maintain billing registers, cost summaries, and project-wise MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with WCT, TDS, GST, and retention clauses.
  • Review and monitor cash flow projections, cost control, and budget utilization.
  • Manage documentation and audit requirements for all billing-related activities.
  • Support in finalization of work orders, contracts, and rate justifications.
  • Implement process improvements and billing standardization across projects.
