About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a fun, passionate, super-organized Marketing Manager who lives and breathes Bangalore's F&B scene. If you know your content like your coffee order (and can spot a trend faster than a barista pulls a shot), this one's for you

You'll Be:


• Crafting and executing killer marketing campaigns that make The Brown Table the talk of the town (again and again).


• Building a strong, loyal community that loves us as much as we love them.


• Owning our content calendar — from reels to events to collaborations, you'll make sure everything's on point.


• Collaborating with our creative, ops, and cafe teams to keep our vibe consistent and unforgettable.


• Keeping an eagle eye on local trends, customer sentiment, and what's buzzing in Bangalore.

You Should Have:


• 1+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality marketing (bonus if you've worked with cafes or restaurants).


• A deep understanding of Bangalore's food culture, audience, and local hangout scene.


• Killer organizational skills — you're the kind who color-codes your planner and still has time for a flat white.


• A creative spark and a strategic brain — you can think big and execute better.


• Excellent communication and collaboration chops.
