Chief Financial Officer-H&B Stores Ltd. (100% subsidiary of Dabur India Ltd.)The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, P&L, company's audits, compliances, banking relationships etc. Roles & ResponsibilitiesCompany's P&L Management; Prepared and reviewed monthly P&L statements for PAN India company's stores. Budgeting & Forecasting; Provided in-depth reasoning for actual versus budget comparisons and implemented process improvements based on the insight.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Dashboard & Reporting: Prepared a weekly management dashboard detailing revenue breakup, category-level analysis, and gross margin reporting for leadership decisions. Monthly Closure: Ensured timely P&L and balance sheet closures, including detailed analysis of cost line items. Cost Analysis: Conducted variance analysis for every cost line item, driving actionable initiatives to improve EBITDA.Process Improvement: Led internal audits, standardized SOPs.

Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions. Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company auditsStakeholder Communication: Delivered financial reports and variance analysis to the Business Head, CEO, and other senior management. Qualifications and ExperienceA qualified Chartered Accountant having 13+ years of progressive experience in F&A, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role, preferable Retail sector.

Strong knowledge of financial law and risk management practices. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g., SAP etc.).

In-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
