Job Title: Chief Engineering Officer

They will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, driving technical strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing data-driven and workflow-based products spanning multiple clouds (AWS/Azure/Google)
  • Leadership experience in engineering teams to develop enterprise-grade products that scale on demand and are secure
  • Ability to conceptualize products, architect/design, and take them to customers in a short span of time
  • Passion for building highly scalable and performant products
  • Creative thinking to resolve technical solutions that further business goals and align with product NFR goals
  • Ability to present technical visions and value to a wide range of audiences
  • Technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and providing solutions for their business needs
  • Collaboration with key partners including product managers, owners, business, and engineering teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements
