Job Title: Chief Experience Officer for Creative Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to fill the role of Chief Experience Officer for Creative Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging visual content that drives results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in video editing, graphic design, and Webflow. They should also possess excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pair creativity with marketing principles to build systems that drive conversions.

Responsibilities:
  • Create highly engaging video and static ad creatives
  • Build funnels in Webflow for clients
  • Manage client visual identity projects for off-plan properties
  • Compose nurture email sequences and track analytics
  • Manage and strategize organic growth across Instagram, Facebook, and Behance
  • Learn copywriting, research, and write long- and short-form content
  • Edit high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos
  • Create and launch e-books and other lead magnet resources for clients
  • Coordinate with SEO partners, track search console, and optimize landing pages for maximum traffic
  • Set up pixels, heat maps, and run data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar
  • Document every effort in a Marketing Dashboard to keep everything accountable and measurable
