Product Design Expert Wanted

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be analytical and creative, demonstrating self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility and ownership in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product design for end customers
  • Conceptualise and create innovative & user-centred designs for digital products
  • Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling user experiences
  • Provide key inputs for globally scalable SaaS product development

The successful candidate will have the following skills and expertise:

Design Skills:
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and users
  • User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences, and integrate findings into the design process
  • Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve usability and effectiveness of products
  • Visual Design: Develop visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphic elements, to enhance visual appeal and branding of products
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritise design goals, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across product portfolio
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree with minimum 1 year experience in Product Design
