**Chief Engineer Role**

At the forefront of hotel engineering initiatives, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective plans to maximize profitability and revenue. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive business strategies that align with our mission, vision, values, and goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive business strategies for the hotel.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions for the hotel engineering department.
  • Monitor progress regularly and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the Executive Committee to develop annual budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing, sales, and yield management plans and strategies.
  • Continuously improve the hotel engineering department and ensure compliance with brand standards.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Interpret plans and contract terms with the engineering team, management, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain responsible business programs and training for the hotel.
  • Oversee hotel renovations and coordinate project status with regional technical services offices, architects, licensing agencies, contractors, and hotel management.
  • Review contracts and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with vendors, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building safety codes, health, and safety laws, and other regulations.
