Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with exposure to multiple properties.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue growth index (RGI), RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs), distribution channels, revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and digital revenue tools.
