Job Title: Senior Building Information Modeling (BIM) Strategist

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our organization's BIM strategy, implementation, and management across multiple projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee BIM teams, develop standards, ensure quality control, integrate digital design processes, and drive innovation through advanced BIM practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement BIM Execution Strategies: Create, implement, and manage BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards across the organization.
  • Lead the BIM Team: Supervise the BIM team and coordinate with multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction teams to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee BIM Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify adherence to national and international BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integrate BIM with Project Management: Seamlessly integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Manage BIM Software Platforms: Coordinate the use of BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.) and work closely with IT for upgrades and support.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs to maintain high standards.
  • Drive Innovation: Foster innovation in digital engineering by exploring automation, computational design, and digital twins to improve project outcomes.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training, mentorship, and guidance to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Project Experience: Proven experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • BIM Standards: Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies (AR/VR, digital twins, AI in design) is an added advantage.
