As a seasoned financial leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success as Chief Financial Officer. In this strategic position, you will oversee all financial aspects, providing visionary guidance and ensuring robust controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to propel business expansion
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to ensure fiscal stability
  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to the CEO to inform key business decisions
  • Drive financial modeling for business initiatives to optimize resource allocation
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting functions to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and mitigate risks
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization to drive liquidity and profitability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation
  • Present financial results to stakeholders, investors, and board members to inform decision-making
  • Champion financial best practices to drive excellence and efficiency
  • Support fundraising activities and investor relations to secure vital funding
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments to drive growth and expansion
  • Oversee due diligence for business development opportunities to ensure sound investment decisions
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Previous CFO or similar C-level leadership experience
  • Strong background in planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Proven track record managing teams and driving growth
