Job Profile: Sales Executive/ Area Sales Manager – Nutraceutical Products

Location: Mumbai /Navi Mumbai/ Thane , Maharashtra

Experience : 2–3 Years (Field Sales)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for nutraceutical products in the assigned Mumbai territory.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, nutritionists, pharmacies, and retail outlets.


• Identify new clients, distributors, and market opportunities.


• Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, product detailing, and follow-ups.


• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail points.


• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.


• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Required Skills & Competencies


• 2–3 years' experience field sales, preferably in nutraceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.


• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Eligibility


• Education: Any graduate


• Experience: 2–3 years in field sales.


• Language: English, Hindi & Marathi


• Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
