Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description -
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve non-motor insurance business targets.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with corporate and SME clients for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with underwriters and insurance companies to negotiate terms, coverage, and premium rates.
- Manage Rollover, Renewal, and New Business proposals efficiently.
- Conduct risk assessments and client requirement analyses to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Supervise preparation and submission of quotes, proposals, and policy documentation.
- Ensure quality checks and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update MIS reports, tracking business performance, renewals, and pending cases.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and claims teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Train and mentor team members to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and overall performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, new insurance products, and competitor activities.
Key Skills and Competencies -
- Strong knowledge of non-motor insurance products (Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Property, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of risk evaluation and underwriting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹55,156.22 per month
