We're Hiring: CRM Manager for Real Estate

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every homebuyer's journey — from booking to possession — is smooth, transparent, and memorable?

Join our dynamic real estate team as a 
CRM Manager
 and be the bridge between customers, bankers, and our internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage booking and customer data in CRM software (MDoc or similar).
  • Coordinate with bankers for customer loan procedures and disbursements.
  • Prepare and follow up on 
    agreement drafts
     and ensure timely execution.
  • Generate 
    demand letters
     and follow up for 
    payment collections
    .
  • Manage 
    receipts and financial documentation
     for customer transactions.
  • Oversee 
    flat possession readiness
     and coordinate possession procedures with customers.
  • Handle customer communication — queries, updates, and issue resolutions.
  • Monitor completion of booking forms, documentation, and other customer formalities.
  • Prepare 
    monthly reports
     on pending dues, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely 
    dispatch of payment reminders
     and recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate between 
    Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams
     for seamless post-sales service.
  • Manage 
    after-sales documentation
     till possession.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
     in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5
    years of relevant CRM experience
     in the 
    real estate sector
     is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on with 
    MS Excel, MS Word
    , and documentation workflows.
  • Good understanding of 
    Registration, Legal Documentation, Agreements, and Recovery
    .
