Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in the Alcobev or FMCG sector with exposure at the state level.
- Demonstrated success in managing distributor networks, retail expansion, and sales operations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Willing to travel extensively across the state.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic field environment.
Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across state
- Expand Width of Distribution (WOD) by growing retail and outlet presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, sub-stockists, and key accounts.
- Ensure seamless execution of the order-to-cash cycle: order booking, billing, dispatch coordination, and collections.
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure efficient retail-level coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance, gather market insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
Market Visibility & Trade Marketing
- Implement in-market visibility initiatives using POSM, signage, and in-store branding.
- Execute regional trade promotions, consumer schemes, and brand activations.
- Oversee promoter deployment, training, and performance to ensure high-quality consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams for smooth execution of on-ground campaigns.
Planning & Analysis
- Develop and execute monthly sales & marketing plans at a state level.
- Track competitive activity, including pricing, schemes, and distribution trends.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize performance.
- Share actionable insights with zonal and national leadership to enhance go-to-market strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹65, ₹75,000.00 per month
