About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager – Social Impact Partnerships who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You'll be leading projects that empower local entrepreneurs, community workers, and small business owners — helping them become independent changemakers in their own communities.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine management skills with a sense of mission, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, social enterprises, and community organizations.
  • Lead projects that train and empower individuals to deliver products and services that improve livelihoods.
  • Work closely with internal teams — sales, operations, tech, and marketing — to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct training and capacity-building programs that are practical, inspiring, and impactful.
  • Monitor outcomes, capture success stories, and track progress against goals.
  • Explore new collaboration opportunities to expand our impact footprint.

What You Bring

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Management, Development Studies, or Business Administration.
  • 3–7 years of experience in social impact, partnerships, CSR, or development projects.

  • Experience working with communities, SHGs, or livelihood programs is a big plus.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset — and a genuine passion for creating change.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations and stay connected with on-ground realities.
