About Ainthinai Projects

We are a Chennai-based design & build studio working on turnkey interiors and construction for brands like Taco Bell, Burger King, ABFRL, CaratLane, and more. We're growing with a strong focus on quality work, clean execution, and human-first project culture.


Who We're Looking For

A curious, people-smart, action-driven individual who loves connecting with design firms, brands, and potential clients. Someone who values relationships over selling and can follow through with clarity and persistence.


What You'll Do

Reach out to design studios, architects & brands for collaboration

Follow up with prospects (retail brands, corporates, NRIs, etc.)

Share pitch decks, case studies, and arrange intro calls

Maintain CRM updates and weekly lead status

Coordinate with the founders for first-level meetings


Skills Required

Clear communication (spoken & written English)

Patience and emotional intelligence in dealing with creatives

Basic familiarity with architecture/interiors

Self-driven, good with follow-ups


Details

Location: Chennai (KK Nagar preferred, hybrid flexibility)

Timing: Full-time, Mon–Sat (Part-time/consultant also possible)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month (based on experience)

Bonus: Performance-based incentives
