Role & responsibilities:

➔ Sales Strategy and Execution:

●Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives for surgical devices-(IV Cannula/ IV Set, etc.).

●Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including identifying key accounts and decision-makers.

●Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

➔Customer Relationship Management:

●Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.

➔Sales Reporting and Analysis:

● Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and market penetration.

● Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.

➔ Collaboration and Communication:

●Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the surgical device market.

●Work closely with product development and R&D teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field, supporting product innovation and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

➔Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

➔Similar experience (4+ years) in the same industry or company that manufactures surgical devices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

➔Previous experience in a sales management role in the same industry or company, including team leadership and business development.

➔Strong understanding of surgical device regulations, industry trends, and healthcare systems.

➔Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

➔Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Job Location/s: Kolkata (WB), Delhi, Chennai & Mumbai region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
