Looking for REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

A sales and marketing manager develops strategies, oversees both sales and marketing teams, and is responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets. Key duties include creating sales plans, managing campaigns, building customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and forecasting sales. They also coach and lead their teams to meet objectives and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, set sales goals and quotas, and prepare sales budgets.
  • Team leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve their objectives.
  • Sales management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Marketing management: Implement and manage marketing campaigns, develop advertising strategies, and build brand awareness.
  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance tracking: Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and forecast sales requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments like product and operations to align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Customer relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop effective strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
