Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) for a reputed Manufacturing Industry for Ludhiana locations.

Job Description:

  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
  • Leading and implementing Segment-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers, Wholesalers and Mechanics
  • Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful campaigns
  • Lead activation programs Advertising and Promotions Team to improve brand visibility in the market
  • Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure brand visibility and implementation effectiveness on the ground.
  • Effective utilization of Van Promotion Budget/Infrastructure.
  • Developing and implementing sales processes for the sales team. Visiting the market regularly to ensure effective implementation on the ground.

 Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM (Marketing) from a reputed college
  • 2-3 years of experience as an ASM/BM in FMCG.
  • 2 years of prior experience in Trade Marketing.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
