Job Summary:

As an International Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers from various global regions. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information across multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive brand image on an international scale.

Key and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure effective and timely resolution.
  • Use language skills (if applicable) to support customers in their native language.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirement:

-Work Location: Bangalore

-Graduates/ undergraduates are also welcome.

-Shift : 5 days of Working/ 2days of Rotational week off.

-Salary: 2 TO 5 LPA

-Cab facilities are provided.

-Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred

-Immediate Joiners Only

-Candidates should have good knowledge in English Communication and grammatical skills.
