Job Summery: We are looking for highly motivated Customer Advisors to join our International Voice Process team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic banking environment, assisting international customers with their banking-related queries and providing world-class customer service.If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is the right opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from international customers related to banking products and services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, credit/debit cards, online banking, and general banking service
  • Troubleshoot problems, raise service requests, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and adhere to it's compliance, regulatory, and data security guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution, and productivity.

- Work Location : Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

- Shifts : UK Shift (5 days work & 2 days fixed week off)

- Salary : Experience: Upto 6 .5 LPA
