Role Title: Advisor
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months in a voice or semi-voice process
Key Skills Required
Communication Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory for local communication)
- Versant Level 3 proficiency in English (preferred)
Technical & Computer Skills:
- Basic computer literacy (email, chat tools, CRM software)
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Customer Service Skills:
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience
- Ability to handle complaints and provide effective resolutions
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational shifts and week offs
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Immediate joiners preferred
