Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in verifying leads generated for our clients and ensuring the accuracy and quality of contact data. This position is perfect for someone with good communication skills and a professional phone presence who enjoys interacting with people and is comfortable working in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to verify leads generated for our clients.
- Confirm the accuracy of contact information and basic qualification details.
- Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Provide clear, concise communication while adhering to call scripts and client requirements.
- Report daily call progress and share feedback with the internal team.
- Handle basic inquiries politely and professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing lead data.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in a Telecalling, Customer Service, or similar role (freshers welcome).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
- Ability to stay calm and focused during repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment (for remote roles).
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
