Job Summary:
APPNEURAL Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Support Intern to assist the Sales Department. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in sales operations, administrative support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and updating sales reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with the latest sales activities, customer details, and lead progress.
- Help in organizing sales documents, contracts, and proposals, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing team meetings, webinars, and calls, ensuring logístical details are in place.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to support sales strategies.
- Help in planning and coordinating sales events, conferences, and other activities.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify areas for streamlining processes and improving administrative efficiency within the sales department.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or students looking for hands-on experience in sales support are encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and operations.
