About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Brand & Growth Manager to drive the next phase of our brand's growth. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance—leading everything from bold content campaigns and strategic partnerships. If you're a self-starter who can balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
· Lead end-to-end execution of content shoots—including concept planning, team
coordination (photographers, models, stylists), and final delivery of high-performing visual assets.
· Collaborate with influencers and content creators to produce campaign-ready content; manage
contracts, usage rights, and performance tracking.
· Develop and manage full-funnel performance strategies by repurposing content across
paid, influencer, and organic channels.
· Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights for creative and media optimisations based on platform performance trends.
Who You Are
- 2+ Years
Experience: In brand, marketing, or retail—preferably within fast-moving or consumer-facing industries.
- Creative Producer: Strong portfolio or track record of producing standout creative content.
- Analytical Thinker: Confident using data to inform creative and strategic decisions.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled at managing partnerships, collaborating with teams, and inspiring stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms/tools.
- Hands-on experience with content editing or creative software.
- Event planning or experiential marketing background.
