Business Development Executive

FilmCrewIndia is a B2B marketplace and SaaS platform for the Film, TV, OTT, and Advertising industry. We connect crew, vendors, studios, institutes, and tourism boards with filmmakers, while also offering production management tools like FC Sched and FC Pro to streamline project planning. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive sales, build strong relationships, and help us grow our presence across the film & entertainment ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Identify, reach out, and onboard new clients (production houses, vendors, studios, institutes, tourism boards).
● Pitch FilmCrewIndia's products & services (FCi, FC Sched, FC Pro) to potential clients.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and potential leads.
● Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to revenue growth.
● Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and client outreach.
● Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting using CRM tools.
● Represent FilmCrewIndia at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Key Skills Required
● Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).
● Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Good networking and relationship management ability.
● Interest or knowledge of the film, media, and entertainment industry.
● Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment.
● Proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
