We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale a high-impact sales organization. You will own the entire sales strategy—right from revenue planning, sales operations, and pipeline health to deal closures. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to grow sales teams, unlock market opportunities, and deliver on aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define and implement a scalable, repeatable sales strategy aligned with business goals. Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performance sales team. Drive accountability, energy, and a winning culture. Lead by example when it comes to pipeline hygiene and closing discipline.

Revenue Growth

  • Take ownership of top-line growth. Drive sales forecasts, identify bottlenecks, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Stay close to the customer. Capture voice-of-customer insights to refine GTM strategies. Feed market signals back into product and strategy teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and seamless customer experience.

Sales Operations

  • Own CRM discipline, metrics tracking, funnel management, and operational excellence. Continuously optimize tools, processes, and sales playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of scaling sales orgs
  • Experience in (B2B/SaaS/Enterprise/Other domain) sales with long or complex sales cycles
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing and mentoring mid-to-senior-level sales professionals
  • Data-driven approach with fluency in CRM and sales analytics
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A growth mindset and hands-on approach—you roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
