About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead Capital Markets operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on sourcing, structuring, and executing large-scale real estate investment transactions across Western India (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad & surrounding markets).
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of demonstrated success in leading or co-leading large property/project transactions, capital structuring, and deal negotiations in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage capital market transactions across commercial, residential, industrial/logistics, and mixed-use assets.
- Source and structure investment opportunities (JV, asset sales, equity partnerships, debt syndication, project-level funding).
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, PE funds, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
- Oversee full deal lifecycle: origination, modelling, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closure.
- Represent the firm in industry events, investor meetings, and strategic forums.
Key Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of proven experience in real estate capital markets, investment advisory, or transaction management.
- Strong track record of leading/co-leading large transactions in Western India.
- Expertise in financial modelling, deal structuring, and valuations.
- Robust network with developers, funds, and financial institutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills.
