Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head located in Chennai. The Zonal Head will oversee daily operations, manage sales and distribution, and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's financial goals. This role includes supervising a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales, distribution, and retail lending
  • Proficiency in mortgage lending and construction financing
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making and risk assessment capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage operations
  • Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
