Job Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet organizational and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends, along with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT professionals.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates technical expertise, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, interview feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future IT positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).
  • Solid understanding of IT roles and skills (e.g., developers, cloud engineers, network administrators, data scientists, cybersecurity experts).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
