Job Description – Store Manager

Location: Commercial Street, Bangalore

Position: Store Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Store Manager with 2–3 years of retail experience to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, fashion-forward, and able to build strong relationships with both customers and staff. Proficiency in English with working knowledge of Hindi and Kannada will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities including opening, closing, housekeeping, and display management.

Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless shopping experience, handle queries, and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Team Management: Supervise sales staff, assign duties, conduct training, and motivate the team to meet sales goals.

Sales & Targets: Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain store aesthetics and product displays in line with brand guidelines.

Inventory Control: Manage stock, ensure accurate billing, and minimize shrinkage.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Promotions: Execute in-store campaigns, offers, and new collection launches.

Requirements

Education: Graduate or equivalent (fashion/retail background preferred).

Experience: 2–3 years in retail (women's wear or fashion industry preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication skills (English essential, Hindi & Kannada a plus).

Leadership and team management abilities.

Customer service orientation.

Sales and target-driven mindset.

Good knowledge of fashion trends and styling.

Other Attributes:

Presentable, energetic, and approachable.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask under pressure.

Work Schedule

6 days a week.

Week off on weekdays only (not weekends).
