Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and partners, preparing sales and business development strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Business development and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research and preparing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the sports flooring industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
