Working Days: 6 Days / Week

Role Summary:

The Menswear Floor Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the menswear section at the Santacruz store, ensuring a premium customer experience, smooth store operations, effective team performance, and continuous achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of menswear styling, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends, especially in Indian ethnic and occasion wear.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Drive customer engagement and provide expert styling and product guidance.
  • Ensure every customer receives an exceptional in-store experience from greeting to billing.
  • Understand customer requirements for wedding, festive, occasion, and daily wear and suggest appropriate outfits.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and floor sales targets.
  • Handle VIP / HNI clients and coordinate personalized service appointments.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise sales associates on the menswear floor and assign daily responsibilities.
  • Train and motivate team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with Store Manager and cross-department teams as needed.

Visual Merchandising & Display

  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively as per brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, sizes, fast-moving pieces, and replenish as required.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams for availability.

Operations & Reporting

  • Ensure smooth billing, exchange, alteration follow-ups, and dispatch communication with customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness, trial room management, and overall floor discipline.
  • Track daily sales performance and prepare reports for store leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in retail fashion sales or floor management (Menswear preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of mens ethnic wear, fits, fabrics, and styling trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle premium clients with patience and professionalism.
  • Leadership ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team.
