Job Title: Floor Manager – Gaming

Location: Mall Office (FEC Department) - Kalyan,Mumbai

Reports To: Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the gaming floor, ensure smooth functioning, maintain service standards, and manage staff performance. The role involves supervising gaming activities, ensuring compliance, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on the gaming floor.
  • Manage and guide gaming staff (dealers, supervisors, etc.).
  • Ensure all activities follow company and gaming regulations.
  • Monitor gaming behavior and handle issues or complaints.
  • Coordinate with security and finance teams for floor operations.
  • Maintain gaming equipment and ensure workplace safety.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Assist in staff training and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Any discipline).
  • 3–4 years of experience in gaming / casino / entertainment operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required).
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Age: 30+ years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,493.90 per month
