Were looking for a dynamic Recruiter who has strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, understands the pulse of different functions, and is able to build a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling and onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs, Indeed, ApnaJobs etc.
- Hiring across verticals including Technology, Sales, Operations and Support functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective JDs and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Drive recruitment dashboards and weekly reporting of hiring metrics.
- Be up to date with current hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of various tech and non-tech roles & hiring processes
- Excellent sourcing skills using multiple channels/platforms
- Good communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously & deliver within timelines
- Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel and hiring dashboards

- Prior experience in start-up / high-growth environment
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives
- Ability to work on bulk & niche hiring
