Role Overview
As an Account Manager – Outbound Sales, you will be responsible for
generating, nurturing, and closing outbound leads independently
.
You'll work with decision-makers like Founders, CEOs, HR Heads & IT Leaders, diagnose their productivity problems, pitch , and convert them into long-term customers.
This is a performance-driven role where
your ability to close deals matters most
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, sales tools, etc.)
- Build high-quality lead pipelines aligned with ICP
- Conduct research and personalize outreach
Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Understand client challenges, needs, and decision-making flow
- Run structured follow-up & nurturing sequences
- Create interest and book discovery meetings
Product Demos & Sales Closures
- Conduct detailed demos of
- Handle objections & competition
- Own the full sales cycle from first call → demo → POC → commercial discussion → invoice → payment
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams
- Drive upsell opportunities and long-term retention
Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Work closely with Founders, SDR Team, and Support Team
- Provide insights to improve outbound strategy
Key Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in
B2B SaaS sales / outbound sales - Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to independently drive sales closures
- Hands-on experience with CRM & outbound tools (Apollo, SalesQL, etc.)
- High ownership mindset —
