We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our Company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial segments.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement & Solution Selling
  • Understand client needs, site conditions, and financing capacity.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and conduct presentations for clients.
  • Sales Closure & Revenue Target Achievement
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely signing of contracts.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams for smooth project handover.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay updated on all industrial products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the strategy team.
  • Recommend improvements in product offerings based on customer feedback and market needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sale follow-up and service coordination.

  • Knowledge of industrial automations and instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
