Role: Guest Relations Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Mumbai, BKC

Industry: Sports Club, Leisure & Luxury

Package: Up to 40,000 per Month

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with members not only in the Lobby but also across other member areas, ensuring they are attended to as per the Clubs service standards.
  • Handle telephone calls, including receiving, attending, and forwarding them as required.
  • Manage messages and calls on Company cell phone, including broadcasting pre-approved messages from the Operations Manager or Marketing Head.
  • Take reservations for offerings, including:
  • Meeting Rooms
  • Club Events & Activities
  • Restaurant
  • Private Dining Rooms (PDR)
  • Spa
  • Maintain professional relationships with members, record interactions, and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Escalate urgent comments or complaints requiring immediate attention to the appropriate authority.
  • Record daily member comments, complaints, and compliments in the designated files.
  • Facilitate internal communication with other departments regarding events or amenity reservations.
  • Ensure all tasks involving member communication and interactions uphold the Club's standards of excellence.

Candidate profile:

Knowledge & Experience required:

  • 1 -5 years in business development, sales, or key account management within luxury brands, 5-star hospitality, top-tier automobile brands, premium real estate, or wealth management sectors.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, corporate, and business-focused environments.
  • Skilled in managing guest interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of engaging with Founders, CXOs, UHNIs, celebrities, and high achievers.
  • Preferably experience from Airline
