Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)- Onsite
Location: Mumbai - Andheri / Thane
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar customer service role.
Prior experience in real estate, property management, aviation, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all site visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Provide detailed property information, including amenities and nearby facilities, to potential buyers.
- Conduct guided site tours, highlighting project features and USPs.
- Address and resolve customer queries or concerns efficiently to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support customers with required documentation and ensure accuracy in all paperwork.
- Coordinate and assist in site events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Capture and share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance service delivery.
- Build and nurture positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat engagement.
- Manage the front desk area, maintain visitor logs, and ensure a clean, organized reception environment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align customer interactions with business goals.
