The Role

We need a
proven sales closer
who can start generating revenue from day one.

You'll own the entire sales cycle -
prospect, pitch, and close deals
-
with total independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify all your own leads
    (no pre-fed lists).
  • Pitch, present, and negotiate
    our digital services to decision-makers.
  • Drive the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    : outreach → demo → proposal → close.
  • Consistently
    deliver revenue targets
    with minimal oversight.

Compensation

  • Pure Commission (No Cap):
  • 5 %
    on the first ₹10 L revenue each quarter
  • 6 %
    on the next ₹10 L
  • 7 %
    beyond ₹25 L in the same quarter
  • Performance Bonus:
    +1 % kicker if you exceed quarterly targets.

Your earnings grow with every deal, simple and unlimited.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong track record in
    B2B or tech/agency sales
    .
  • Comfortable in an
    "eat-what-you-kill"
    compensation model.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-driven, able to work
    independently and remotely
    .
  • Ready to start immediately and generate revenue without training.
