Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Learn the features, benefits, and specifications of various jewellery products (gold, diamond, platinum, silver, etc.).
  • Maintain proper display of jewellery products in showcases to ensure an appealing presentation.
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Follow billing and payment procedures as per company policy..

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Degree (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
  • Fluency in local language (Tamil); proficiency in English/Malayalam is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skill.

Shift: Day Shift
