Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should be confident in communicating with potential customers, presenting our products and services through calls, emails, and meetings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand customer needs.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present solutions and address their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by results.
  • Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
