Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive - Logistics (Calling) located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making outbound sales calls, pitching our logistics solutions, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining and expanding the customer database, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires the ability to work both from the office and remotely as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential logistics clients (transporters, brokers, fleet owners).
- Explain Odylabs' logistics software solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Generate interest, schedule demos, and follow up until conversion.
- Maintain client interaction records and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve product and communication strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales, telesales, or logistics domain (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Communication: Excellent spoken Tamil and Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
- Personality: Confident, persuasive, and comfortable talking to business owners and drivers.
- Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Bonus: Prior experience selling logistics services or ERP software.
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance.
- Growth path to Team Leader (Sales) within 3–6 months for high performers.
Work Schedule
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Location: Coimbatore office (on-site only)
