Job Title: Inside Sales / Telesales Executive (Setter + Closer)
Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)
Reports To: Sales Lead
Role Objective
Own inbound + outbound calling/WhatsApp/email for Nutrialgos B2C (D2C/marketplaces) and B2B (distributors/brands/feed/aqua/food & nutraceuticals) funnels. Qualify fast, follow up on time, and close B2C orders; for B2B, book qualified meetings/samples and progress to PO or hand off to Sales Lead with clean notes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Handling: Work inbound leads from Meta/Instagram/WhatsApp, TradeIndia/ExportersIndia, website, and referrals; run targeted outbound to prospect lists.
- Qualification: Use filters (use case, authority, budget, timeline, geography, MOQ, compliance) and set next steps the same day.
- Selling: Follow approved scripts/objection handling; upsell hero SKUs and bundles for B2C; for B2B, drive sampling, quotations, and calendar blocks for Sales Lead.
- International Readiness: Call and message across time zones (India, GCC, EU/UK, US); maintain accent-neutral English and local-hour etiquette.
- Quotations & Handoffs: Prepare basic quotes/proformas from templates; log Incoterms/payment preferences; escalate only sales-ready B2B opportunities.
- CRM Hygiene: 100% log all calls/WhatsApps/emails the same day with correct disposition codes, next-action, and due date.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track dials, connects, follow-ups, conversion %, AOV, CAC, reasons for loss, lead aging; hit weekly/monthly targets.
- Compliance & Claims: Use only approved claims for food/nutraceutical/feed; respect DND/TRAI in India and anti-spam/time-of-day norms (e.g., TCPA/Ofcom) for international; escalate adverse events/product complaints.
- Customer Experience: Maintain CSAT and QA scores; keep messages clear, courteous, and on-brand.
- Collab: Work closely with Marketing (ad leads), Ops (dispatch/returns), and Finance (payments).
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience:
- Junior: 0–1 year telesales/inside sales (high coachability) or
- Senior: 2–4 years BPO/outbound/inside sales with closing experience (inbound + cold).
- Communication: Strong fluency English (spoken & written); accent-neutral English for EU/US calls. Tamil & Hindi is a plus.
- Time-Zone Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts including late evening IST to cover EU/UK/US and one weekend rotation per month.
- Sales Skills: Proven qualification, probing, objection handling, and closing; confident with price/value discussions and payment follow-ups.
- B2B Readiness: Can discuss MOQ, sampling, use case, lead times, basic Incoterms (FOB/CIF/DDP), and escalate correctly. (We will train deeper.)
- Tools: Practical use of CRM (Zoho preferred), WhatsApp Business, cloud dialer, email; 35+ wpm typing; Google Sheets basics.
- Process & Discipline: 100% same-day CRM logging, follow-up SLA adherence, and comfort working from scripts and checklists.
- Compliance Mindset: Understands DND/TRAI norms for India and respects international outreach etiquette; sticks to approved product claims only.
Good to Have
- Experience in nutraceuticals/food/feed/cosmetics or with TradeIndia/ExportersIndia leads.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon/Shopify order flows, returns/refunds.
- Familiarity with distributor onboarding and KYC.
- Extra languages (Arabic, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu) are a plus for regional and GCC calls.
