Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with potential customers to ensure engagement and conversion.
  • Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for promotional activities.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through timely and professional communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or customer handling (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and English (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
